Leadership has been crucially important in my biz ever since COVID hit us, so I'm curious what your favorite leadership books are! I'd love to hear a few recommendations and hopefully find a book I haven't read on this topic yet.

At the moment, my favorite is "Seasons of Life", Jim Ron. The book is a reflection; the main idea is focused on the basics of human behavior and how it affects optimal performance, personal and professional. The author of the book tries to help simplify them so that they bring the fastest results.
However, it is quite difficult to achieve high results from reading alone. Therefore, I advise you to take the same courses https://www.prendo.com/leadership-ch...nd-sustainably. This book is another textbook on how to learn to live well. But unlike a ton of other similar waste paper, this book knows how to "hook" and reach the reader's consciousness.
