Default Was this Russo/Piper shoot real?
Back during the beginning days of NWA:TNA.

Piper rips a new asshole into Vince Russo claiming Russo was the reason why Owen Hart died. Surely Piper wouldn't sink as low as do this for a petty angle would he?

While I can't answer your question about that angle, can I hijack the thread & ask if anybody knows if this shoot is real as well?

I would say to a point both of those are "real". I mean obviously it's scripted, and Piper, and Russo both new what was going to be said before it was said. I believe shoots like that are real, however they are also dramatized to make for compelling TV. Like for example the whole thing that happened with Lita,Edge and Matt Hardy...it was true, and they turned it into a work for TV.

Also like Paul Heymans shoot on Vince Mcmahon about how he killed his dream, and he backstabbed every other promoter in this country to make himself rich. Is some of that true? I'm sure it is, but lets be real. Ecw was cool and all, but it was like Tna is right now compared to WWE. It was never something that was a giant cash cow like WWE is. It was never something that could totally pull away all the ratings from WWE.
