Doc, there's a whole thread for your pleasure, please take it there.

This thread is for the 9-11 victims.
Right. The 100,000+ Iraqi dead fit that description. They weren't involved in conducting the attack but they died as a consequence.

Interestingly enough, the Revised Common Lectionary for Sunday had Bible texts all on forgiveness (for those that don't know the RCL picks lectionary of readings for each Sunday based on a three year cycle, all of which was put in place back in 1994 - so this wasn't planned based on a 9/11 anniversary date or anything). I think that will we mourn for the dead, we should do as Jesus did and forgive those who may have been our enemies then, as hard as that may be.

1. Why do you hate the victims and think they deserved to die????????????????
2. That guy is weird and some of the stuff he says doesn't make sense.

Is this the best you can do in terms of retorts? This is pathetic, DaShi, and you should put more effort into your posts. Frankly, Zevico, correct or incorrect, is making extremely rational arguments based on facts and observations, while you sling mud and claim he's being ridiculous. If he's so ridiculous, do you mind explaining why you think so? It's not like he's just making blanket statements with no backing. He's making logical, reasoned arguments and you can't just dismiss him.
No, he's not. I've already gone through his nonsense. Yes, he is making statements with no backing. He's arguing one thing while posting articles about something else. When he does post articles on-topic, they're so biased and cherry-picked to not be worth addressing. He's the Hera of foreign policy. He's no longer worth the effort. Besides, anyone who follows the news regularly can see the flaws in his arguments.

Also, that you think he's making "logical, reasoned arguments" is more than enough evidence that he's not. Come back in twenty years.

The real lesson of 9/11 is that Yanks are ignorant fools who don't understand that "as ye reap, so shall ye sow". Clearly we're better at violence than they are.

And you wonder why the world regards you with contempt and hate.
It keeps me warm at night.

I sometimes wish we had wrapped Osama bin Laden's body in pig skin before we had disposed of his body.

Or chopped him to bits and then fed him to pigs?

Good people always remember. But I will remind you of a woman who was an important figure in the development of 18th-century America. Just read about Elizabeth Montgomery, it's interesting. She was the wife of Minister John Witherspoon. This couple was able to give birth to ten children. But their main merit in political activity.
