Need some help finding something
 

I'm not from NY, I'm actually from DC but I had a question about a philanthropic venture in Manhattan in about 2001 or 2002. Some company bought a building and renovatted the first two floors to serve as a shopping center and the rest of it to serve as housing, what they did then was took homeless people and gave them jobs and housing. I can't remember the name of the project or the company. If someone could help me that would be awesome.
