 Rent vs. Own
I wanted to see how many people on the board living in NY Metro Rent vs Own their dwellings. I also wanted to see what its like in differnt areas.
There are 3 catagories... Manhattan Outter Boroughs - Brooklyn, Bronx, Queens, Staten Island Surburbia - Long Island, New Jersey Now i understand that NJ is not necessarily surburban, BUT my rational is that NJ is out of NY State but ALOT of people live there who want to be close to the city so they should be added some where and didnt feel like making another set of options. If i could i wud have rather made a sep option for Each Borough, LI and NJ. but there is a 10 option max... |

I rent in Astoria right now.. hoping to buy somewhere in Queens in the coming years.
