LoL

The problem with Ferrari is you're ever only scoring with one driver!... http://www.discussworldissues.com/fo...ies/laugh1.gif

Oh shut it! http://www.discussworldissues.com/fo...ilies/mad1.gif

I had to make a bold move to score points. I failed... http://www.discussworldissues.com/fo...ilies/cry1.gif

Well now I have Ferrari and Lotus. Next race, cash pouring in and I'll change the Ferrari to something better. http://www.discussworldissues.com/fo...ies/devil1.gif

It's amazing we are only just half way through the season, plenty of development from all teams to come given everyone is still in the championship hunt, and next years cars will be an evolution of this years cars given the rules are staying the same.

I think the winner will simply be the one who chops and changes his team best for each track come the last few races. I doubt I'll catch you top guys given my late start, but major points will be on offer at the end that will make catching up or losing 100 points pretty easy.

I think their are also some sleeper guys in the field who haven't made any purchases yet (spugaras), they must have some cash in the bank and are maybe gambling on one big spend and not wasting money on transactions? Or they have lost interest.

What I like about this is that there are a few interesting parameters within the rules... the teams score you points for both drivers, where quali scores same as the race, so it's always good to have a team with a good qualifier (like Grosjean for example). Drivers are expensive and score double points in race but only single points in quali...

The fact that it's expensive to switch teams & drivers (10% of the one you're switching from) also makes half-assed moves redundant (no point in switching your starting HRT for a mid range Toro Rosso team or driver which scores you zero points in quali and two points (=100K) per race for example)...

Also the pole time is quite good to make some critical extra dough if you get it close.
