yesterday during a practise round for my highschool golf team, i tweaked my wrist really badly. it was raining like heck so my grips were a bit wet, and in the middle of my backswing the grip slipped about 6 inches, forcing the club head to hit the ground about a foot behind my ball. the club head stopped dead and my right wrist can't bend down (to grip). have another practise round today, to qualify for the varsity tournament after spring break. but my coach said i'm pretty much locked into varsity, should i just try to play? he said i can just come to putt.. technically i have to go or else i can't play in the tournament soo.... suggestions on what i should do about playing/the team and what to do about my wrist?
