Well a bit late to reply but better late than never. First thing... results:
Round 1 - Brudenell - 79 (with 5 birdies)
Round 2 - Brudenell - 81 (only 3 birdies)
Round 3 - Crowbush - 80 (best round of the weekend IMHO)
Round 4 - Dundarave - 83 (I was +1 after 8 holes, because of a 3 putt, then went triple, double ouch)

Pics... here is a link to my collection of pics on Flickr...

I'll attach a few to this post if you don't want to go look there
Titliest range balls!!

We had beautiful weather, and the cottages were great.

Default Golf trip this weekend!
I am super excited about a golf trip that I will be going on this weekend. A group of 12 guys will be heading to PEI (Prince Edward Island) tomorrow morning. We will be playing 4 rounds, on 3 courses, and staying 3 nights. The courses we are playing are:
  1. Brudenell River(par 72, 6517 yards, 72.6 rating, 137 Slope)
  2. Crowbush Cove (par 72, 6903 yards, 75.2 rating, 148 Slope)
  3. Dundarave (par 72, 7284 yards, 76.2 rating, 139 Slope)

These courses are operated by the same folks that operate Mill River, where Big Break PEI was filmed.

Going to be a fun time. I'll post results when I get back. This kind of trip is more about fun than it is about great golf. I doubt we will be playing from the "tips" so the ratings and slopes above are a tad high.

I am sitting here at work just hoping for 5:00 as I want to go so badly!

That is my fav too. But we are staying at the cottages across the road from Brudenell/Dundarave, so we end up playing the Brudenell course twice. Interesting track, 6 par 3's, 6 par 4's and 6 par 5's.

Dundarave is unreal too. But the 6/6/6 setup is by far my most favourite setup in golf/

PEI is on our list. When I'm done there, they may have to limit fishing for shellfish for several years to allow the populations to replenish themselves.

I like shellfish. A LOT.
