Difference between Z-Star and B330-RX

I know I should be in the B330RX but I played with the ZStar as well and they seem pretty good..
What are the main differences between the 2??

Brands for one...hehe. Both can be used by slower swing speeds like us amateurs. (less than 100) The Zstar was slightly spinnier in our testing and actually flew a little further (easier to compress). The B330RX flew a little straighter off the tee and is a little more durable.

I use both and think right now that they are the two best tour caliber balls on the market.

I like the RX and my husband likes the Z-star.

I think the RX feels softer than the Z-star off irons, but it could be variances in my swing (not the ball).

I mentioned elsewhere I got a 2-pack of the 330RX at my Bstone "fitting" recently. Would you believe I've now lost both balls without putting a full swing on either? The first one I dribbled over the green while chipping from 20 feet, then forgot about it. The second I lost while chipping in my front yard tonight (yes, I lost a ball in my own front yard) -- I hit a hard spot, the bounce of the wedge knocked the club off course, and I bladed it off the lawn, into the street, and down the sewer. Grrr.

Edit: Just to be clear, when I lost the first one it wasn't my only ball -- I was chipping with about 10 others as I was the only person left on the course! http://www.thehackersparadise.com/fo...es/biggrin.png

Has there been a golf ball shoot out?

I've recently tried both for a few rounds...Still, just can never jive with a Bridge, no clue why, they just feel heavier at impact.
ZStar, really liking this one, though fairly easy to eat up.

how odd...i found a B330 RX and tried it......my feeling was that it felt too light and ballooned off the irons.

loved the z star i found though. hope to find another one soon!http://www.thehackersparadise.com/fo...es/biggrin.png

I know Paul. I spoke with the guys on the ball demo challenge thing about my "feelings" as well.
Just one of those things I guess. I would love to play them.

I tried the z-star ...... o.k. ball but didn't blow me away. Maybe I had too of high expectations of this ball. Still haven't tryed the Bridgestone RX ..... one of these days i'll get the chance.

FYI...I still like the ProV or last year's One Plat the best,.
