I'm preparing to be disappointed although hoping I'm not. This will definitely be a rental...

is that the archer when did he ever have that costume maybe he did but I only remember another one
but other than that move looks freaking great cant wait to see it
im wondering why thor was attaching them at first
im sure he was letting them know he was the shit

I can't wait to see this. I saw a preview on the big screen for it this past weekend and I do think I tinkled.

Ok, well I don't want to rain on anyone's party but we saw Avengers today and it was long on eye candy and short on the elements that really excite me in a movie. I call it a lack of soul. The differences might be subtle, but I'd hold up a movie like X2 or the original Spider Man as much better movies, real human drama in a comic based story.

Good to see Axis and I still agree on nothing. There were a few things I didn't get but it didn't change the fact that this movie was pretty damned awesome and I'll probably go to the drive-in and watch it again.

Also Spidey and Dark Knight Rises look really good too.

I thought the whole point of being a superhero was that you could fix all the shit on your own?

I saw it yesterday with my daughter. It was okay. For me, it wasn't as enjoyable as the first Iron Man movie.

Avengers does have awesome imagery, but it's takes more than that to make me want to watch it again, but to each his/her own.

The Avengers seemed to be most alive when Iron Man was in a scene.

I don't know if I have a type of movie. But Avengers doesn't particularly appeal to me either.

To me this movie needed to be one big ball of super whoopassedness, and it delivered. Didnt need character development, they had their own movies for that. Too many times I watch a comic book movie and wish it had more action or bigger fight scenes. Avengers delivered a shit ton of it and some good laughs to boot. Not to mention some of the scenes (mostly involving lightning or Iron Mans weaponry) were just amazing to watch.

There is a scene mid-credits and then another scene after the credits for anyone who hasnt seen it yet.

I finally got to see this last night. I have to say, I was not disappointed in ANY way.

The fight scenes, the story, the characters, ALL AMAZING!

Some of the one liners were pretty good.

S.H.I.E.L.D. headquarters was bad ass! The effects were just stellar all around.

I really like Mark Ruffalo as Hulk, dare I say, more than Ed Norton?

I liked the last easter egg, it made me LOL.
