I'm so happy about this news !
I am a huge fan of Dave and was getting worried about the future of the show.
There's nothing else like it on TV and I'd would be
simply terrible to see it go.
50 million (including DVD % I think) Is A lot but
Chappelle deserves it- Hopefully the show dosent
change its "hardcore" ways .

Haha, I finally got Comedy Central back actually tonight, I've seen some of Chapelle's show on my friends computer, and god damn that mans funny.

He definitely deserves it, but 50 mill is a shit load of money, good for him though.

I knew ratings were up for the second season of Chappelle's Show, but holy shit. They're giving him $50 million for 2 seasons of 13 episodes. This is great news though for fans of the show. I heard that his contract was up so I was wondering what was gonna happen.

EDIT- It doesn't say $50 million anymore, but it did yesterday when I read it. They must have taken the amount out.

I'm glad he'll be back for another couple seasons, at least. I love that show.

But damn, if 50 million is what he's getting, thats a hell of a lot, because his show is only a half an hour long too. That's $50,000,000 for 13 hours of TV.

Must be nice.
