I like that a lot, but I think MK has plenty of shit to happen before introducing new people like Kenshi into the second movie. I'd expect Kenshi in the third, IMO, him in the second movie is too soon. I got it--I'd go for them introducing Kenshi before he lost his sight in the second movie and the third reintroduing him how he mastered his handicap. the second MK tried cramming and it was a piss poor job, remember? they could make lil stuff like Fatalities, like Rene said, and Animality a bigger deal.
Yeah, the reason I'd add Kenshi is because his story would fit in with my blueprint best. And yeah, it'd be good if he were introduced before being blinded by Tsung; but I do think we should at least see him as blind Kenshi before the end of the second movie so that his character is not a completely foreign concept for the third.

My only worry with introducing Kenshi would be that then Ermac should really be included, seeing as Ermac taught him telekinesis. That's why I reckon certain parts of the MK canon need to be disregarded. Kenshi could work just fine as a master swordsman without supernatural powers. I definitely agree that they should use characters sparingly, no matter how many awesome characters there are available.

This would be great , i watched the past 2 movies and i think remaking the whole storyline would be awsome. It's not that i didnt like the past 2 it is just cause the whole Liu Kang main character thing just isn't that charismatic not like having Sub in as the main character now that would be intresting, Just wondering if they'd use the masked or his brother which is the unmasked Sub-Zero. . .

yea, they can't do a lot. they GOT to introduce others like Ermac before others like Kenshi. I think they could mention and make Ermac solid in this first movie.

I want everybody to be thoroughly introduced.
Raiden: portray Raiden to be far more superior than they did in the last 2 movies.
Sub-Zero: cold, calculating. let him do his deep freeze and shatter and rip someone's head off wit' their spine fatalities.
Scorpion: fire, aggressive.
Liu Kang: pure-hearted fighter
Johnny Cage: actor that knows kung fu, cocky. comedy relief.
Sonya: independent, bitch (love to see her ass whooped)
Shang Tsung: evil-ploting fighting genius
Goro: champion beast. portray him wit' the brute power as before but not so stupid. I hated how he died in the first movie.
Kano: thug, hope he whoops the shit outta Sonya. hated how and that Sonya killed him in the first movie.
Reptile: loved how he was introduced in the first movie. they can do somethin' along the same lines again.

that should be a lot for the first movie for them to emphasize.
