Default ALLAH's hatred or love?
Is humiliation a demonstration of ALLAH's hatred or disliking for HIS slave?

many of us often get insulted or humiliated in various situations in our daily life. such incidents may occur because of our own fault or sometimes totally for not our faults, those just happen and we do not find any particular logic behind that. ALLAH does good for HIS slaves, HE undoubtedly loves us the most, none loves us as HE does. yes, it is obvious that life is full of ups and downs but yet this "insulting" portion leaves a question because we all know that all the ancient non-believers or enemies of Islam such as namrud, firoun etc were humiliated by The Almighty ALLAH(SWT) because of HIS hatred for them. so what if a muslim gets humiliated somehow and what should be his thinking then?

For a Muslim, a situation as you mentioned is a test from Allah Ta'aala to see how His slave will behave in thedire moment.

If the slave turns towards Allah and seeks only Allah helps, then this slave has passed the test and will go on to the next level

However if the slave becomes upset and haughty and starts complaining and doubts Allah Ta'aala, then indeed this test becomes a punishment for him.

However at times when a slave's pride and ego has inflated a bit too much, Allah Ta'aala creates situations to bring the person down a notch. That is why we should always keep ourselves in check and keep making istighfaar, as we do not know what sin we may have commited without even knowing.
