yes, i was told from an extremely respectable person that the ship he was on went to egypt first then on the way back to england. he committed scuicide on that ship leaving behind his letter.

im not sure ahmed raza khan was a british agent, i think that he opposed jihad in india possibly because of his extreme hatred of deobandis. i don't think he commited suicide what about his biography when on his deathbed he requested his favourite foods to be brought to his grave.

It is not permitted to wage jihad in Dar-ul-Islam. He declared India "Dar-ul-Islam" so that Muslims won't be able to join together and wage jihad against the British.
