Salaamu alaikum wr wb,

My family is non-Muslim and I live with them, but I have my own room. Our house has hundreds of family pictures on the wall, but I do not put anything on the wall in my room, and I only pray in my room. I've been told the angels do not enter a house with pictures on the wall I do not put pictures on display in my room. My question is, doe that mean the angels wont enter my house at all or will this still enter my room but not the entire house? I know this is not something that humans can actually answer, but its something I was just wondering about, and perhaps someone might know a hadith or something that may possible provide some insight to this?

Don't have a hadeeth but we know that Allah' s (SWT) Rahma is so much bigger than that. He knows all and sees all (and you will get sawaab for not having pics on your walls as your niyat/intention is pure...)

I don't know but I live in the same situation as yours: I hope the angels will enter just into our room!

And we also have the ahadith informing us that Angels won't enter houses in which there are pictures..

my granpa said he read in ashraf ali thanvi book that it means only the area where the pictures are not.....so i guess ur A , OK .......................
