Brothers and sisters in Islam, i would like to know on your perspective where is the best place to seek knowledge from at the lowest cost possible. I from Canada and i would love the learn Arabic and Islam at the same time, i am a young adult who is willing to invest a lot of time in this and is ready to accept the consequence of my actions. I have seen some of the post regarding this subject but they were old so i post back this new thread hoping to get the latest update regarding this subject.

If you know Urdu, you should go for Pakistan.
If you don't know Urdu, you should go for South Africa (maybe also Trinidad and Tobago, but don't know what language medium they use)
This is considering both quality and being cheap.
