Mursal and hasan HAdith

I want to know that if there are contradicting Mursal and Hasan Hadith ,

Which one is to be accepted ??

I am a LAYMAN in this just want to know ??

Mursal hadith is that hadith where a Tabi'i ascribes to Rasulullah http://discussworldissues.com/forums...ilies/pbuh.gif without mentioning the name of the Sahaabi, according to most Scholars Mursal Hadith is accepted with conditions i.e. If the Tabi'i is from Kibar (Elder Successors).

A hadith which is Hasan (Good) is that hadith which falls short of Sahih (authentic) hadith, meaning one of it's is not fully competent like that of a rigourously authenticated narrator.
