the two things mentioned in the title arent related to each oth r in my question?

I want to know:
- why hanafis offer only three rakat in witr? can any hanafi show me as to how they reached their conclusion?(im not contenting the legality of this, i just want to know why)
- how do the hanbalis do sajda sahw?
- how do the hanbalis offer the single rakat of witr?
