Default @prolific users of SF who wish to create a new thread on every single topic

This is just a humble suggestion, if you start a thread on every brainwave you get (you've all the right to, of-course) how is it possible for members to have a really productive discussion, so I humbly suggest, please start a topic after giving a fair amount of time for the previous topic to stay alive, in my opinion 2-3 days until and unless its something very important [obituaries etc] , have a look at the Rambo Thread
I hope we all understand

I see your point, but if you want to have a discussion you can stick to the thread you are interested in? I think it is difficult to get the balance right on a forum populated by thousands of people.

thread which are very similar should be merged and the title of the thread should be updated, I dont know whether it would be done by the mods or automatically.

mmm we could or we could create one new thread for arguing about whether we should keep in this thread or start a new one, another because an interesting point has been brought up and then when this thread gets closed due to a huge online fist fight about whether we should love or hate Sheikh Hamza Yusuf then we would need ten spin off threads, with 5 started by those who hate him and 5 started by those who like him

I think I am going to start a new thread to say I feel a bit warm today. Maybe we can argue there? (just kidding).

and in the meantime Shiah trolls will do 300 posts in support of Bashar al Assad and against all Sunni groups and and half decent rulers of Sunni Muslim countries,

and trolls from the Atheist printed t-shirt never-washes brigade will come on and ask 37 loaded questions about vague symbolic hadeeth that seem to be 'un-scientific' that were quoted in a single book, narrated down a single isnad chain of a million narrators (one of whom needed a hearing aid and another of whom was a talking donkey)

and all sorts of non-Muslims and new-Muslims will search something Islamic on Google, find these troll affected threads - read the words of these mischief makers and go follow some Kufr religion instead because it sells its view of things well and presents itself more effectively online than the Muslims are doing

(I must now say to myself "shut up and be sensible its Ramadan and you are fasting" )

There needs to be stricter moderation against Shi'a, antagonistic non-Muslims, and the mubtadi'oon, especially the takfeeri type. Threads by these people should be outright deleted so that a lot of Muslims who do come here to get some idea about the religion won't get confused or double messages.

This forum is about propagation of sound, Sunni scholarship and knowledge, not a venue for challenging the bases of Islam.

it would be nice of Sunniforum got someone technical to give them the ability

to remove every post from people who are obviously just here to attack Islam in general

or alhus sunnah in particular at the flick of a switch

Posts should have a complain button next to them so you can complain and flag it up for the moderators to decide what to do about it. I know moderators are busy and not watching all threads all the time...so this would send an email alert to them to look at it. However this has the potential of being abused.
