Default Willpower Still Matters
They say that will power alone is not enough when you're trying to lose weight.

They're right.

However, sometimes the experts make out that willpower is unimportant, or at least that's the impression I get. But the fact is that if you had no willpower at all, you'd never stick to your diet. So willpower still matters.
