Getting Tonsils Out

Hi, I ordered my HCG 5,000 and I am planning on injecting when it gets here. I am getting my tonsils out March 5th and won't be able to eat solid foods. Should I continue with HCG after the surgery? If so, are broths ok to have? I can't really thing of anything HCG friendly that I will be able to have. I am hoping to start on Feb 1st and have at most 30#s to lose. Thanks for your help!

I'm not 100% sure so I will put a post to bump you up.

Maybe you can do a planned interruption?

You can have some whey protein.

blend up your fruits n veggies?

oh wow. if ur doing a 30 day round then you should not need an interruption! you should be going into p3 around march 1st which means mar 5th you should be eating somewhat normally again. you can eat whatever no sugar no starch. so you have more option! eh..

Ok so I should just do a one month round and then after my surgery just have broths and protein shakes so I stay away from carbs and starches?

Be careful with the broths unless you make them yourself. Lots of them contain sugar and starch. Did you read how to do P3? That will tell you what you can and cannot eat. Good luck on your surgery!

Well, I won't be able to get anything solid down for awhile. I will have to do broths but will look for the most natural ones that I can find. I see you lost 28.3 pounds in your first round, how long was your first round? I am hoping to lose around the same. Still waiting for my HCG but thinking I will start on 2/6/12. That way I can celebrate my 30th bday on 2/3 and the super bowl on 2/5 http://hcgdietinfo.com/hcgdietforums...lies/smile.png) Also, Tom is next week so it just makes sense to wait. So I will do hcg 2/6-3/4. Then after my surgery eat low carb. Does this sound like a good plan?
