Default P2 Complete - My Thoughts
So here is my little write up on my journey to permanent weight loss.

A couple months ago I dabbled at the idea of using HCG to lose weight. I purchased the sublingual kit with 3 vials of 5000iu HCG. With the proper mixing procedure (b12), my journey began.

P1:Loading Days
I didn't really load too well. I just ate whatever came in my hands but I don't think I hit anywhere near 3000 calories

P2: VLCD
Here is where it starts. I had to come up with a meal that is satisfying and filling that will equate to total of 500 calories a day. I read A LOT on what and how to eat. Some say don't mix this with that etc.. I created a single meal that I ate EVERYDAY for every meal. Chicken Curry with tomato sauce (you can find the recipe somewhere on the site).

Now I had to figure out the coffee business in the morning. I bought Stevia and hated it. I know they say not to use Sweet & Low - but I said screw it. I used Sweet & Low the entire time. I know it's bad for you - but Stevia is so freaking bitter, makes me want to throw up. I had SnL with my Coffee and my Ice Tea. I drank a lot - around 1 gallon per day.

During P2, I never was really hungry. I didn't get any headaches and never felt crappy. Every once in a while, i'd feel dizzy when I get up from my chair but other than that I was fine.

I also experimented with the cocoa crack. I went and got some organic coconut oil (refined) and mixed 2 tablespoons of the oil with 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder (Hersheys). Too much cocoa made it bitter (you can adjust to taste). I also mixed this with sweet n low.

I was losing close to 1.5-2lbs per day on this regiment. Never changed the foods I eat and never changed the times I take HCG and eat my meals. I took .5 ml of hcg in the morning at 7am and then again 12 hours later. I ate the piece of cocoa crack in the morning.

I went from 220lbs down to 193 in about 23 days. I"m in P3 right now holding at 193 (day 5 now).

The point of all this is that every body is different. Dont' be afraid to experiment. If one thing works for you, continue doing it. If you try something and it has negative effects, stop doing it. My R1 was very experimental. I experimented because I know I still have to do R2 to be at my target weight (160). I figured I can use the info I gained in R1 on my future rounds. I look forward to continue the journey
