P2 Supplements

So I've ordered my HCG, purchased my other supplies around town and I'm super excited to start! Jan 1 is a new start for me! I also wanted to get some reccomendations for supplements that will assist my weight loss. I went by my vitamin shop yesterday and got some flavored stevia, and I also picked up a powder supplement:

It has a lot of vitamins and minerals, a decent amount of protein although I may end up blending it with a touch of egg whites to boost protein (I'm cutting out the melbas and boosting my protein a bit as I will still be exercising). There was also a nutritionist there and she *strongly* reccomends an omega supplement, but I wasn't sure if that's allowed? I think I may also add a B-12 vitamin. Just hoping to get some opinions on the supplement I got and any other good products to set myself up for success. Thanks very much!!

The vitamin you are suggesting contains 4g of sugar. I'm not sure I would use that one. I take an omega supplement while doing hcg. I also do a B-12 Edible Film Strip. I would recommend a vitamin called Balanced Essentials. It is a liquid vitamin, mineral, fish oil, amino acids, greens, and it's all natural. This has everything in it so you only have to take one thing a day.

Ah, good to know, I wasn't sure if the omegas were off protocol or not. As far as the powder I found, it does specify that it's coming strictly from a berry blend and not from any added sugars, so I figured that might be ok? I will also only be having 1 serving of fruit per day (a handful of strawberries to blend with the shake) instead of the typical 2, and then just boosting my protein a little bit. I will definitely check into the B-12 and thanks for the vitamins recommendation!

So I was wondering if this might be a good multi-vitamin:

I like that it has the omegas in it, and a very high amount of B-12. Does anyone see any problems with this one? Thanks in advance, I had my eyes peeled for the added sugars and starches so I want to make sure I don't miss anything. Thanks much!
