10,000iu
 

I've only ever used 5000iu but just bought 10,000 from someone(so I wouldnt order from overseas). Can someone tell me how to mix the 10,000 for injection?

How do I keep it from loosing potency? I ordered 2 of them so could I mix a new batch the same as the 5000? Every 20 or so days? I'm doing a 40 day round. I don't care about wasting any, I'd rather it work and not loose potency.
