Only problem is your analogy is wrong. The Jewish people have been in that region for 5000 years, and King David put Jerusalem on the map, Abraham is burried in Hebron as are many of our Jewish ancestors.

The pals are a mixed breed of people from all over the ME and Meditaranian.
