Default Yanni
Hi, any Yanni fans here? Looking for yanni fans to discuss his music. I went to yanni.com, and Yanni is back working with Ric Wake. There were new updates, I find this so exciting. Would love to share this new direction with you.

Yanni came to Madisonville,Kentucky for a concert about twenty years
ago. He was really popular back then. Have you ever heard of Skaven?
If you play Bejeweled you hear his music. He is also does new age music.

This thread is almost two years old?! I'm new to the forum and I think it's a shame not to talk about yanni's music. I think it's great and inspiring. I don't like his latest move, though. He should have stick to instrumentals.

I have enjoyed Yanni for a number of years...from way back when he came around years ago. I refer his older arrangements and groups to his newer concepts personally. But still great to listen to...One of my favorites:

Yanni is one of the few modern composers I look up to and that's because of the way he writes his music... and if you want to listen you can hear his soul speak. Here are some of my favorites at the moment:

I think it's an even worse shame to listen to it.

But I'm a Schoenberg fan, so take that with a grain of salt.

I like your sarcasm Pista Gyerek . So what do you listen around here? I'm always willing to listen to something new but no gospel, please.
