You could lie in bed and imagine cimbing up a rope for 5 hours before you either fail or fall asleep because only a lunatic would randomly fish for questionably reliable information about something as confusing and sometimes shockin/dangerous as the astral.

In short, buy the darned book, because we don't have the time for this. OR, you could go to the tutorials section on this very site...
