Default Stuck: Very strong vibrations...
Hi !

I`m a stuck at one point, i try to leave the physical body with the ROPE technique. At some point i notice vibrations around every chakra. If i keep pulling on the rope this vibrations get stronger and stronger but i can`t come free from my physical body (the whole body shakes but that`s is it)...Has anyone made similary experiences and can give me some advise ?

Thank`s !

Dennis

It´s simple. You are giving too much attention to vibrations and sequel of such an attitude is you´ll remains (or, too, you'll return) into your physical body. When vibrations start don´t allow your attention migrate from a point above you (rope anchor point) back to your physical body.

Remember, conciousness is exactly where you think it is. If you are climbing upwards along an imaginary rope, you are where your imaginary hands are: at rope anchor point. If you feels your physical body to vibrate (and gives to such circumstance too much attention) then, conciousness moves back into your physical body.

My advice is: When vibrations start increase climbing strenght through reinforcement of attention on that action and firmly put away from your conciousness focus all reference to physical body vibrations.

I advice, as complement, reading of topic titled "Improvements to rope technique" at:

and let me know about your progress and/or feedback...

My best regards...
Sincerely,
Natalia Parker
