here are a few exit techniques.... * Rolling out: Imagine yourself rolling out of your body to either side * Army net: Imagine climbing out on a army net * Monkey bars: Imagine swinging out across some monkey bars. * Ladder: imagine climbing out with a ladder * Balloon method: Imagine yourself taking on the form of a helium balloon, feel yourself expanding and getting lighter until you float out of your body. *Hellicopter method: Imagine you are being pulled out of your body by a rope hanging from a helicopter that is taking off. Pretty much anykind of imagined scenario that externalises your awareness away from your physical body to trigger the projection reflex |
