Default Macbook
Has anyone put a case, cover, or keyboard protector on their Macbook?

Overstock has got some pretty good deals (bundles) but I'd think that an extra cover followed by a silicone layer over the keyboard might make the damned thing constantly heat up...

I mean it's not an iPhone or an iPad, it's a laptop...

I'm weighing the pros and cons right now....

I say nay. I keep mine slightly elevated with a couple of thin shims to dissipate heat. A silicone sweater can only diminish the cooling process. heat = bad
That crossed my mind, I was looking for a sleeve for traveling and noticed that you coud get a case the same way you could for an iPhone or an iPad...

Thanks for your reply...
