I think Jax is a good name. What I always do is narrow it down to my top three, and then think about it for a couple of days. Pretty quickly, one of the names just sticks.

We did the same thing with our last 2. With Faith, we wrote down the names we liked on a piece of paper, there where 10, and as people came in and out of the house(family/friends) they got to vote. Basically a process of elimination. With our Gracie, the top 3 names where written on small pieces of paper, then put on the floor, and the dog got to choose her own name.

I like the name D O G, just say the letters, add a little accent or draw out the O, like with an Irish accent.. D-Ohh-G, say it kind of quick, draw out the OO, people won't even realize you named him "dog" It sounds foreign. Personally, I like to name my dogs after a God or a creature from mythology.

Loo-see-fur.

You know, the Devil's real name, when he was still an angel? It means light.

I personally like human names for dogs. Or names that are really cool in different languages. Or something themed. Like I love Louis L'Amour, and he wrote a book about a cowboy with a badass dog. The cowboy's last name was Hondo. I think that would be a cool dog name.

My dog's full name is Henry Michael Smith. He's just like a kid; he knows when you say the whole thing he's in deep shit.

Yeh, I'm a dork.

Oooooh! I like Hondo!

Leo's full name is Leopold. But I don't think he's quite caught on yet.
