Default puppy shots
okay so i had my wife go get puppy shots for her little mutt pup she has.. she decided to go shopping afterwards and forgot about them so they were outside in the cold for about 4 hours.... will it be okay or do i need to throw it away and go get him another one on monday..

Not sure on this one, a lot of vaccines are refrigerated anyway, but a call to a vet's office won't cost you anything.

The vaccines need to be kept a certain temperature... It should say on the bag what that is. If they warmed up from that temperature, they are most likely now ineffective.

Not sure on this one, a lot of vaccines are refrigerated anyway, but a call to a vet's office won't cost you anything.
I know that is why i am worried.. because the lady told my wife to take it straight home and put it in fridge until i could get home and give the dog the shot.. and so it went 4 hours without refrigeration so idk if that would kill the shot or not.

I live in southern california in the desert so to me 70 degrees is cold lol. so no i dont think that counts.

lol yea thats what im thinking.. and yea here below 70 is cold and above like 105 is hot lol.. then again there are days that above 85 seem hot

lol if i was back home in colorado the meaning of cold we had there than it would definitely be okay but here id rather not try

I was really confused there for a minute. I was wondering more about the stuff freezing, but at 70 degrees odds are pretty slim that they froze I guess
