Default importing an APBT from the Balkan region?
Does anyone know if this would be difficult? Would they be able to be registered with any registries in the states?

This!

I dont understand the current trend of importing dogs recently. Its name is American Pit Bull Terrier.. Dont think you can find a good one in America??

I could understand (mehh) A LITTLE more (by that i mean not really) if you were importing a breed hard to come by in the states. (and by not really i mean i dont see spending all that money period on a dog that youve never met and probably know nothing about what your getting into and MORE than likely getting screwed over..)

Supposidly theres someone in canada with proven stock, isnt there lee?

you gotta have decades and decades of experience in the breed to be ready for one of them French-Canadian American pit bull terriers.

True... even then you have to know someone. Experience is only a third of what you need. Knowing someone is 2/3rds and the final step from what i hear is in the forest. On a side note, ive started my quest for the ALBD!

yeah, i saw their website but it seemed like nothing had been updated in a while. there were a few that had sites that didn't look like anything had been done on it since '09-'10 i'll probly try to go to serbia this summer anyway, maybe i can check out a kennel while i'm out there.
