Hello and help!

Hello I recently had my puppies ears cropped and one of them is flipped onto the top of his head. One stands perfectly strait and the other is flipped. What do I do it has been three days since I did the crop? thanks

Well, who did the cropping?
I would go and ask them what to do.

Other than that I wouldn't know.
I try not to put my beloved pets through unnecessary surgery for that very reason;
things can and do go wrong, quite frequently.

Take him back to the vet to have them re wrapped. Depending on the type of crop he has they may need to be wrapped once a week. Until they have heeled and are standing straight on their own.

I don't know how much if any experience the Op has had with wrapping ears so I wouldn't recommend that. When not done correctly you do more damage than good. Wrapped too loose or too tight, doesn't matter, more damage than good.

If anything do as I recommended before and take you pet back to the vet to have them re wrapped. Some charge and some don't, while there have them show you how to wrap your pups ears. So that you know whats too loose or too tight, then you don't have to go in every week to have them done. It shouldn't be an issue since re wrapping appts should have been included with the price of the Surgery. If you did your homework before hand and didn't jump on the 1st or cheapest Vet that said they would do it.

I've had massive success using a tampon (not the applicator) and taping it inside the ear (it acts as a support). Taping is not at all difficult to do. However, most vets do free retapes after an ear crop, so look into that, and have your vet show you how to tape the ears. Once you know how to do it...it's super simple, but yeah...if you don't know....you could accidently train the ears to do some pretty wonky stuff.

I've employed the tampon method on all three crops I've had done, and even used them quite successfully in training the crestie's ears to stand (they will flop if they're not trained...unlike a chihuahua who's ears generally stand on their own as they mature.
