Default "Peanut Butter Terriers"
Went to grab lunch today at work and went to a local pizza/grinder place. And as I walked in I saw an add for "Red Nose Peanut Butter Terrier" pups. They looked big for pit bulls pups and "wrinkly"- I'm thinking they were mixed, AmBully or something else.

Has anybody heard of this? Is it a clever way to advertise pit bulls or misleading? They're probably a BYB, which is sad.

Haha I should call my boy that next time someone asks me the stupid question of "what type of pit bull is that?" and see what type of responses I get!

I should get their number, call and ask. How immature would they think I am if I did? LOL

You must be in my area because I saw the same flyer at Pet supplies Plus!!
I think the P B in Peanut Butter stands for Pit Bull and they are just being "cute" :P
The pups did look more wrinkly then most APBT's or pit mixes.
Lord what next....

Ha, I saw that one today... along with someone looking for a stafford or american pit bull with a picture of an Ambully puppy as an example..

Either way, Jelly and PB bullies are making me hungry.

Oh yeah I work in A2 so. I saw it at Macino's on Mich Ave in Saline. lol.

Also, they just looked big, bigger then regular pit bull puppies so the first thing I thought when I saw them was AmBully. They could be anything honestly because they didn't even list a breed, they listed, as mentioned, "Peanut Butter Terrier's" lol. I did say "AmBully OR Something else" so I'm not saying they WERE, but that's just how they looked to me.

Not really trying to start an arguement, but if I were to post something like this, about me thinking it was an APBT, I would get slaughtered with questions like "well how did you know it was APBT" "Did it have papers to show it was APBT"
Crap like that, so just showing the love =)

If it was me, I would've called and asked. Every once in a while we'll grab a paper and call the "pit bull" ads for fun lmao.

...It drives my hubby nuts...especially when it's a BYB that answers!lol
Then , after asking questions they should know the answer to( but of course they dont), I educate as much as I can in a friendly manner and then hang up........Then I get on my soapbox about folks breeding and having no clue about the breed( thats the part he HATES )
