I don't see an arch. I see a pit bull reaching for something. It could just be the picture though.

It just looks like he hollowed his back out... our dog does this when she is cautiously checking something out, which is what it looks like this dog is doing to the person in the pic. Not real sure what they are doing and being cautious.

ok, got it now. You are concerned that he has a sway back. right?
Some dogs do this when they are relaxed others when they are stressed. When you have him standing still and his full attention is on something do you see it?
When he is moving do you see it?

Doesn't sound like anything to be too concerned about to me. Now if you had said it's still there when he's walking or trotting, I would have said he has a bad topline. But, doesn't sound like it to me.

Looks like a nice dog to me. But who is that poor person that he is terrorizing? LOL

He snapped at me today because I kept dragging him off the bed away from the other puppy. Oh I went dog day afternoon on him. Straightened him straight up. But to his defense I've been spanking him trying to correct him. I'm about lost because he is smart and knows right from wrong but won't listen. He is very headstrong. I only kinda know how to use positive reenforcement but what to do if they misbehave? Do I need to start not allowing him up on the bed and taking the food dish away. I think it's because of the girl puppy in heat causing him to act nutty. He didn't bite me but I'll excuse him this time

I would be correcting him too. Snapping at you is a BAD sign. You are the pack leader.

Guess a female in heat took over I got on him and 2 seconds later he remembered his place. Not sure if it was a play snap or a real one. He did lift his upper lip up so I gave it to him. I won't put up with that. I might have to somehow get him in professional obedience classes or give him away to someone who has room for him to run and can work with him but I rather not so that. I love him. Very strong willed dog

He is also very hyper

Sounds like a fear reaction from being hit to me. Stop hitting him or you'll make the fear reaction worse. You have to understand that most problems in dog behavior are caused by us. The dog doesn't know what you want or why you want something, so it's our job to teach them in a way they can understand.

Positive training is easy, the dog does something good it gets something it wants. It's really more conditioning through repetition. Eventually it gets to a point where it's a knee jerk reaction from the dog. If they don't do what they're supposed to they get a correction reflecting the severity of the offense. This can range from withholding the reward to a physical correction. It usually doesn't take much for around the house training.

sounds to me like you got a puss dog. stop hitting the dog, correct using a leash, or loud no, or start doing only positive, and ignore the bad.

It looked like I'm tired of it reaction to me. He isn't listening. I'll Just have tobwork more with him I never hit to hurt just to get his attention. And I don't hardly do that but with that puppy in heat it's making it tough. I yell no at him he ignores me. So by ignori
g him as in just let the other dogs growl and bark and bite and not saying anything or doing anything make him stop.

He isn't a puss that's for sure. I'll just have to carry treats with me to try to train him better. I didn't realize how strong willed these dogs are. I need to get back to walking him.if I'm on the road he gets walked wverydaybi get home not so much I just let him out on the yard to play
