Aww, he looks like a fox!

I had the same thing happen. Talked to the vet several times before bring the pup in, brought a dozen or so pictures of what I liked and what I didn't like, specifically pointing out I didn't want any bell. They ended up a little long and too much bell. The bell really bothered me and because she was going to be shown I decided to have to redone. I wasn't comfortable with the first vet so I went to another vet and the outcome was great.
