Ok guys this is going to sound really weird. I know nothing about papers but please bare with me.
A friend on another forum has brought an "Am Staff" from a reg breeder over here. Here is his website......Andonas Kennels - American Staffordshire Terrier would you say they are more Am Bully? He is more of a puppy mill breeder from the info I have researched and has health issues with some of his litters. Im getting a copy of the reg paper sent to me via email. I will see if it ok to post it here? In the meantime any suggestions? |

Ok so I have a copy of the papers registered with the Australian National Kennel Council.
Not sure how to post it though as its a TIFF image??? any suggestions??? I have also tried searching for the Dame on the papers as she is not on his website although her prefix is Andonas. Any idea of how to find out more about her? ---------- Post added at 11:55 PM ---------- Previous post was at 11:50 PM ---------- They almost look like Am Staff show Staffy crosses.[COLOR="Silver"] Il also see if I can get a pick of the dog specifically in question....oh hang on I can post a link..... Blue Pics - Australian Purebreed & Crossbreed Dog Forum This is the link to a thread on another forum..it has her picks up. She is 8 months(?) I think and she also has a "docked" tail which she was born with due to a birth defect. |

Ok I am totally lost now!
Some are saying they can "hang" papers to read Am Staffs and some are saying they cant. How do I post a pic on here of the papers? BTW not sure how you will react considering none of the dames or sirs (immediate or further down the line) are Champs. Which I have noticed from most of the papers that are on here have. ---------- Post added at 07:27 PM ---------- Previous post was at 07:22 PM ---------- Also can someone please tell me how you get an Am Bully? What breeds are crossed to make one? I have actually been to the kennel in question and he has STATED to me and SHOWED me an APBT bitch that he was trying to put his stud over. He was pissed because she was dog aggressive and would let his male near her. Beautiful fawn girl she was too although a little bit large for my liking but DEFINATELY an APBT. Can you get Am Bully from APBT X Am staff?] How is he crossing "Am Staffs" with APBT's and still getting Pure Am Staff papers?? is it the "hung" papers again? |

as there are no pure AST. looks to bully from ... In Germany, there are also club one of the AST breed, but not pure. they mix pure pit bull. But these dogs make good performances, which I do not think the bullytyp.

From the AST stand point, the dogs can be registered with both AKC (American Kennel Club) as AST's, and UKC (United Kennel Club) as APBT's. A far as AmBully's are concerned, there are a bunch of them registered with ADBA as APBT's and hence the confusion. People who study and know the bloodlines can tell if you have an AST, APBT or AmBully on your hands based on the pedigree. But again, you cannot be sure everyone did their due diligence properly registering their litters and dogs.
