Rottweilers aren't on-the list of barred types. You CAN have a dog of the type before a judge and demonstrate to them how well-trained and pleasant it's, but doing this places the dog and your self in danger. You could be caught and / or fined for having a dog of the type, and the dog could be ruined. Actually it's as much as the judge.
