Default Need Some Manly Input Here
So, hopefully I'll get some good replies before this gets moved to the basement of the forum and never read again.

My daughter got a Rottweiler puppy and poor thing doesn't have a name yet. They want to name him a manly tough guy name but haven't a clue.
I felt like Carl was a good name but they laughed at that LOL

So, come on guys...start throwing manly male Rottie names out here.

And I apologize in advance this thread is about naming a puppy and not something really great like ummm....weapons advise or something!

A Rottie, huh? Let's see...

I'm thinking (and in no particular order):

Chauncey
Stuart
Tiny
Louis
Jason
Freddie

or my personal leanings: Jesus

Others to follow, by alternate means.

How about "Sicem"? That ought to scare off the boys.

Of course, any C-130 guy would be partial to "Hercules."

Okie...good thought on the plane names...hmmmm

she's an Air Force Brat...her Dad is retired AF, she has 2 brothers in the Air Force...one will be working on the Raptor when he's done at Tech School..her Dad was a Crew Chief on the F-16 Falcon and then worked on the Stealth

Your a genius Okie!! She has a whole list of really nifty names to choose from!!

Let's try them out:

"Come, Raptor. Come here, boy. What a good little Rapty!"

"Come, Falcon. Come on, boy. What a good little Falcy!"

"Come, Stealth. Come home, boy. What a good little Stealthy!"

So, which one wins?

I want to thank everyone who participated in my thread.

But, they named the dog Diesel....now how is that better than Carl I ask!! LOL

Her husband operated dump trucks, back hoes etc...the really big ones...and so hence the name Diesel.

At least the poor thing is getting called something besides dumbass!!

Glad you liked the sugestions. Diesel is definitely not a bad name.

I'm partial to Goldens; however, if I ever have a big dog, it's name shall be Hercules.
