unless the skins can flip Portis for a WR or they land a big WR in the draft McNabb won't have anyone to throw to.
If the Skins are smart thier scouts are looking for guys that are good at catching the ball at thier shoelaces and than falling forward for two yards.

Santana Moss as the deep threat and one of the best TE's in the league seems like a decent start.

Cooley will do OK, Moss will be shut down. I have no idea why Shanahan thinks he needs Portis, LJ and Willie Parker... unless maybe he thinks he can get a full healthy season from the 3 combined.
