I'll be doing both of these this year, for those of you who just can't get enough games of chance for the Super Bowl. For those who are unfamiliar with these, there are threads about both of them, but I will briefly explain each one:
Super Bowl Squares - The board is a 10x10 grid, and you buy squares on said grid - Each square corresponds to two numbers. One number is the score for the Colts, and the other is for the Saints score. - If the last digits of the score match the numbers on your grid, you win! - Payouts are given for the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th quarters, as well as the final score. Prop Bets Challenge - Attached to this post is a sheet containing 40 questions relating to various Super Bowl Prop Bets. - Each answer has a unique point value assigned to it. Point values may differ even within the question itself. - Guess correctly to earn points. Incorrect guesses earn nothing. - Score the most points to win! - Payouts are given for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place. If you are interested in playing, get in touch with me either via email or PM, as these are not Sports-Boards sanctioned events. Entry is 20 "chips" per square* for Super Bowl Squares and 10 "chips" for the Prop Bets Challenge. * If there are problems filling all squares, then the cost will be reduced to 10 "chips"/square and players will get double the squares they initially had. Entry Deadline Super Bowl Square entries should be in by Friday, February 5th. At that time, squares will be picked and numbers then drawn. Prop Bets Challenges can be turned in up until Super Bowl Sunday, February 7th. |

Just to liven up this thread a tad, post the Prop bet you would like to have seen. Super Bowl XLIV - How many times will Pete Townshend do his legendary windmill move? Windmill move must be a full 360 degree revolution and be shown on TV to be counted for this wager. Pete Townshend windmill moves during halftime show O/U 5½ (-225)o (+185)u |

There's still an opportunity to get in on the prop bets.
Just send your completed sheet to me in the next 2 hours. We'll talk about "chips" via PM (10 "chips" to get in). The prop bet sheet is attached to the first post. You can get a hold of me by email, sully@sports-boards.net |

i was thinking about it, but i guess i don't have much of an adobe on here as I couldn't type in the boxes or even highlight the choice i would have went with. Or, if you happen to have Microsoft Publisher, that's the program I used to make the sheet. |
