Whats your opinion in these situations? all green to go or out of bounds?

- Your mates ex girlfriend? Can/should you go there if your mate has had a serious relationship with the girl?

- What about a mates fling? Can/should you go for a girl whom your mate has simply hooked up with and had a 'no feelings fling' with?

- What about a girl whom your mate is currently keeping on the side as a casual fling? Can/should you go for it? Theres likely to be no feelings there but your mate is currently already hooking up?

Are there exceptions in each case? Or is it just a no go 100% of the time?
