Asalaam Alaikum.

Imam Thalabi has quoted a narration from al-Bara bin Azib and placed it under the commentary of the verse 5:67 but the report does not mention its relevance to that verse mentioned...

However there are other scholars who have mentioned that al-Bara bin Azib said that the verse 5:67 was revealed in connection to al-Ghadeer...

What's the truth?
