One kafir showed this to my:
Ash-Shaykh Muhammad bin Saalih al-`Uthaymeen (rahimahullaah) Question: Does the sun revolve around the earth? Answer: It is apparent from the Islaamic evidences that they confirm that it is the sun which revolves around the earth, and by its revolving the alternation of night and day takes place on the surface of the earth. It is not for us to exceed the apparent meanings of these evidences without some evidence stronger than that, which permits us to explain them differently from their apparent meaning. Among the proofs that the sun revolves around the earth in a manner which causes the alternation of the night and day are the following The science tells us: the eath revolves around the sun, and the beloved sheikh; no it don't. ![]() |

not sure what Islam says about it. Whether the sun revolves or the earth revolves. But whatever Islam says it has to be correct even if its none of them rotate. ![]() Why doesn't anyone consider the possibility of science being wrong? One should always consider that these 'theories' are Man Made, and are prone to error. For thousands of years, top men of 'science' of their era thought earth was flat. Best example is the Light barrier the scientists had formulated. Now it seems neutrinos can travel faster than light. Similarly there was a theory of sound barrier, which was also disproved. Always have in mind the only book thats free of error is the Quran. As for if the tafseer says 'sun revolves around the earth' or not , I do not know. But I know one thing for sure that Quran is the only book free of error. If people can consider Sheik Uthmayeen to be wrong, then they should certainly also think about the probability of the scientists to be wrong too. |

One kafir showed this to my: Allah ![]() science say we evolved from apes ![]() Human science is like a blind man shooting at night, sometimes it hits the target, sometimes it doesn't and sometimes it feels like the target is hit even if its missed. But since the blind man cannot confirm, he assumes a hit. Allah ![]() I can bet that science will never study about Angels and Jinns ![]() P.s All this is coming from a huge science fan, my childhood ambition was to become a scientist. I m not anti-science, but I simply accept the fact that human science is vague and flawed. 100 years from now, the most cutting edge 'theories' and technology will be disproved or will become a thing of the past. |

Before I go to sleep I'd like to share a question that can be asked to any atheist:
Hey let me tell you a bit of a news. A ship loaded with electronics automatically departed from the Port of Shanghai. Nobody actually loaded the goods into the ship, and the police couldn't trace the manufacturer of the electronic items. The ship had NO captain or auto navigational instruments. But It followed the correct route and touched Hong Kong, then it went around Cape Town and finally reached Liverpool. All this happened without any Sailor.! Can you believe it? Atheist: NO it can never happen. Reply: You can't believe a SHIP can navigate on its own through the seas without a sailor or guidance, BUT You believe that Humans and all the animal and plant species exist in this planet Earth with the whole Universe in perfect Balance and Harmony without an outside influence of a CREATOR? ![]() This was mentioned by Anwar Al awlaki in one of his lectures, he this is actually a modified version of Imam Abu Hanifah(rahimahullah) reply to an Atheist. |

![]() The sun is not static. The sun itself rotates. However, the earth rotates as well. Nowhere in the Quran does it say the earth does not rotate. As for people citing the examples where old scientific theories have been overturned- that's all good and well. That doesn't mean that there aren't things we know for a fact. |

hmmm.. what about this theory? I think most astronomers agree that the sun, along with the entire solar system, revolves around the galactic center, while the galaxies themselves are moving. I don't know if these movements have been modeled or hypothesized, or if we are even able to do so. In any case, this theory would not change the fact that the earth rotating on its axis is the best explanation for the alternation of night and day (along with various other proofs that exist). We hold the sun's position constant in our basic models of the solar system because it makes it easier to focus on the movements of earth and the other planets. |

![]() Ye Kainat Abhi Na-Tamam Hai Shayed Ke Aa Rahi Hai Damadam Sada’ay ‘Kun Fayakoon’ There is nothing stationary in the universe. "He created the heavens and earth in truth. He wraps the night over the day and wraps the day over the night and has subjected the sun and the moon, each running [its course] for a specified term. Unquestionably, He is the Exalted in Might, the Perpetual Forgiver." Quran(39:5) ![]() |
