Try Musa (A.S)'s Dua: رَبِّ اشْرَحْ لِي صَدْرِي وَيَسِّرْ لِي أَمْرِي وَاحْلُلْ عُقْدَةً مِّن لِّسَانِي يَفْقَهُوا قَوْلِي
[25--28: طه] Rabbish rahli sadri wa yas-sir li amri wahloul uqdatam mil-lisaani yafqahu qawli O my Lord! expand me my breast; Ease my task for me; And remove the impediment from my speech, So they may understand what I say [20:25--28] Wallahu a'alum |

Also you can do some verbal exercise, theres this student in my class who spoke really fast, so the ustad gave her this advice:
He said to stand in front of the mirror, and talk very very slowly to yourself, (I am going to do this...etc) Talk as slowly as you can and inshaALLAH t3ala after a few days your habit will change. But ofcourse read the duas too, and ask ALLAH t3ala, and then do this exercise too jazakumulllah t3ala khairan. |

AsalaamuAlaikum It's good that you realise that you talk too fast. Besides making du'a etc. you can go to a speech therapist or practise for yourself. You can like it's already mentioned practise for a mirror or when you're with your friends try to speak slowly and ask for feedback at the end of the day in order to see how you progress. May Allah make it easy for you brother, there are a lot of people talking too slow, too fast, too soft voice, too hard and etc. so don't worry and try to do your best ^^ |
