By "best" I mean the translation with the best understanding of the Quran. The Quran by itself is perfect, but the humans who attempt to translate them are not immune to errors. And the Quran is not open to interpretation to just anyone but it has to be someone knowledgable, thus I would like to ask if anyone here know of the best translation of the Quran? I did a bit of googling and so far the one by "Yahiya Emerick" might be a good one..

Please share any else you know of.. Its too bad that there's no PDF version of the Yahiya Emerick version as its not available in my local bookstore.. but in any case I will provide a link.
