Internet Service Provider change - DiscussWorldIssues - Socio-Economic Religion and Political Uncensored Debate

This month I changed internet service providers due to service availability.
My former service has a good and informational Start /homepage,somewhat better than my new one.
I would like to continue using my former internet service provider's Start/homepage as reference.
My question ?

My account has been closed.
If I access the Start page will it automatically re-open my account and billed ?

No it won't, the only way for this to happen is if you phone them up and get it reopened. So don't worry about being billed by the former company.
