open a command prompt and type without the quotes "sfc /scannow" make sure you have your original vista disks with you.. this is a system file checker tool and will do no harm to your system.

I keep receiving this message: Network Store Interface Service has stopped working


It usually happens while I am online somewhere...not really sure what to do about it. Any clues?

Your probably running Vista and AIM..

There is a Bug report and fix on Windows Web site..
