A little. I ran a call center, and have had VOIP in subsequent businesses. Mostly familiar with Aspect and Mitel systems. Know just enough to break them.

I would assume you are talking about something along the lines of Vonage? Or your cell phone?

You have to have perfect internet for it to work. Point your browser here http://voiptest.8x8.com/ and test. If you don't pass don't bother with ANY system for it will not work. I have a femtocel (a mini cell tower that routes the call via the internet as a VOIP) to run in my house and the quality isn't good enough. The problem is suddendlink so I'm shopping for a new ISP. Although Verizon has improved in the last few weeks so it may be a moot point.
